When Should I expect the media?Photos, Floor Plans, Virtual Staging and 3D Tours are delivered the next day (24 Hr or Lesser in most situations). Videos may take 48 to 72 hours depending on the type of edits.

Can you deliver Photos in the same day?It depends on the situation, please let us know if you need urgently. Speedy Services for photos is $39.

Do I pay for travel?We serve the DMV area. For shoots outside our service area, a travel fee of $80 per hour applies. However, for packages valued at $499 or more, travel is included at no additional charge for locations up to 100 miles away.

Where can I use the media?You can use the media for your social media, MLS and personal use. For commercial use rights please ask for the specific pricing.

Is the pricing same for AirBnB , Commercial Real Estate and Architectural Photography?The above pricing is special to MLS purposes. We recommend reaching out to us first to get a quote for your custom photography needs.
